CCONet offers the complete management of rosters and human resources, enabling the management of the organizational structure of the security forces.
ROSTERS
This module allows the automatic creation of rosters by group in different time patterns.
It is also possible to assemble the organization’s organizational chart with bank hours control, inform about restrictions such as the expired driver’s license notice, rest hours and expired firearms.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The system has a record of occurrences for the agent, enabling a feedback of their work, such as compliments or warnings.
It also shows his specialties, such as the weapons he dominates, driver’s licence category, languages, among others. And to make the agent’s day-to-day easier, the system makes the CCONet Agent application available.
Through this app, the security agents are able to consult their rosters, learn about their audiences when scheduled and view news of their own interest.
